fishing UI revamp

ver 0.1.17

due to popular complaints, I've moved the most of the UI during fishing to the ring in center to be easier to see

- moved fishing UI into the ring

- added a beat visual assist

bug fixes :

- fish can no longer fight back while a tutorial dialogue is talking
